Digital transformation has transformed the practice of interpreting the Qur'an through online platforms, digital archives, mobile applications, and artificial intelligence, while presenting methodological opportunities and challenges in the study of contemporary interpretation. This research aims to systematically analyze the developments, approaches, benefits, and challenges of digital transformation in the interpretation of the Qur'an. The research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on the PRISMA 2020 guidelines through literature searches on Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. A total of 25 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed using thematic synthesis and descriptive content analysis. The results show that digitalization improves accessibility, diversity of interpretation, and innovation in interpreting presentation, but also raises issues of authority, accuracy, contextualization, and algorithmic bias. This research provides a conceptual framework for the development of credible and responsible digital interpretations
