Abstract

Sustainable tourism faces the challenges of environmental degradation and an imbalance of economic benefits, so a smart destination approach that integrates human collaboration and artificial intelligence is needed to support regenerative tourism. This study aims to analyze the influence of smart destination integration and human-AI collaboration on the development of regenerative tourism and the relationship between variables. Quantitative methods were used by surveying 200 respondent tourists and destination managers, collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that smart destinations and human-AI collaboration have a significant effect on improving the quality of travel experiences, management efficiency, and destination regenerative practices. The conclusion of the study confirms that the synergistic integration of technology and human role makes a practical contribution to strengthening adaptive and sustainable regenerative tourism models
