Abstract

Food security remains a global challenge, especially in agricultural countries such as Indonesia. Although Indonesia has abundant natural resources, it still faces problems in ensuring sustainable food availability, access, and utilization for all communities. Food diversification is an important effort to improve food security. The UP2K Women Farmers Group of Ajaobaki Village has developed purple sweet potato sticks since 2016. However, the group faces problems such as changes in raw material prices and limited market access, causing uncertain farmer income and difficulty improving welfare. Therefore, a creative strategy is needed to combine agricultural-based industry growth with increased food production. This study provides information on sustainable purple sweet potato stick farming management. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis, income analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results showed production costs of IDR 2,038,500, production of 250 pcs, selling price of IDR 10,000, and profit of IDR 461,500
