The continued increase in the number of motorized vehicles each year, at a growth rate of approximately 4.6%, is a strong indication that the public's mobility needs are not being met by adequate public transportation services. The purpose of this study is to develop an optimal Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) operational plan for the Porong-Pasuruan corridor and to analyze the financial feasibility of implementing it. The BRT service operates from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM (16 hours). The total route length is 33.4 kilometers per hour. The planned operating speed is 30 kilometers per hour, resulting in a travel time of 66.8 minutes. The round-trip travel time is 143.6 minutes. The vehicle headway is 14.65 minutes. The trip frequency is 4.1 vehicles per hour. The cycle time from A to B and back to A is 153.62 minutes. The number of trips per vehicle is 6 trips, and the fleet requirement is 10 vehicles. The benefit-cost ratio (BCR) calculation yields a value of 1.10. A BCR value > 1 means that the Porong-Pasuruan corridor Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) implementation project is declared feasible because the total benefits are greater than the costs incurred
