Examination Of Investment Viability Through ROI and BCR Regarding The Creation Of A WebGIS-Based Road Damage Management Software At The Mojokerto PJJ UPT

Public participation in reporting road conditions is increasing through digital-based road damage complaint applications. However, handling road damage complaints is still hampered by inaccurate data, inadequate system monitoring of repairs and quality, manual management of costs and repair history, and a lack of data integration. This situation necessitates repair cost analysis for each repair, documentation of damage history and repair methods, and WebGIS-based spatial mapping of repairs to ensure data is documented, tracked, and analyzed more systematically for monitoring and evaluating road maintenance within a single system. This research is important to conduct because it can contribute to the development of a WebGIS-based road maintenance monitoring and evaluation system integrated with road damage complaints. The research not only analyzes the condition of road damage and repairs, but also analyzes the economic feasibility of developing WebGIS using the ROI and BCR methods. The results of the research are expected to help road management agencies in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of road maintenance through the use of WebGIS technology. The feasibility analysis of WebGIS investment using the ROI method yielded a positive ROI of 76.90%, making it financially viable. The calculated BCR value of 1.68 indicates that the benefits of WebGIS development are financially viable (BCR > 1)
